The following is a page of sketchnote I took at the Global Service Design Jam in Chicago in February.
I was never a doodle-while-taking-notes type of person growing up, and I had always been jealous of people who can do that. But after I stumbled into the field of UX, I began to work on my sketching skills. However, sketchnote is something completely new to me. I found it extremely helpful when taking field notes, because a simple sketch works better than long descriptive notes in so many ways at times, especially in the sense that it is more time efficient.
